The content in the training modules are protected by Copyright and Trademark law, and is all property of the owner of such content unless expressly stated otherwise. Refund/Return Policy: Customer may request a refund within 72 hours of his or her initial payment, after such time, considering the type of product and service COMPANY provides, a refund will not be issued. Refunds will not be unreasonably withheld.
Our Promise to You: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our team.
ABOUT THESE TERMS
Modification: COMPANY may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to you, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. COMPANY will post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen (14) days after they are posted.
